Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Thanks for purchasing my products! If you've changed your mind, just let me know! As long as it is before I have despatched your order, you can cancel free of charge at any time. If your order is on the way and you've received a despatch email, then follow the returns info below.


If your order has arrived and you'd like to return your all or part of it for a refund or exchange please just get in touch! Please make sure you include your name and order number, and I will reply ASAP with my return address and all the info you need.

If your item is damaged in any way, I am very sorry! Return postage will be free of charge and I will arrange a replacement or a refund ASAP.


If you've simply changed your mind, no worries- I get it! I just ask that you cover the return postage back to me and that the item is received back in the same condition it arrived in and unopened.

In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After I receive your item, I will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase, or I will despatch your item in exchange. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
