Important update on physical orders:
 

All physical embroidery kits and products are now in their final ordering period. Orders will remain open until 19 February (or until stocks last).

Each order is packed by hand, so please allow up to 7 business days for dispatch during this time.

Returns are accepted for 30 days from dispatch on unused items in original condition. I’ll still be around to help if you have any questions about your order.

All UK orders over £35 include free shipping. The service used is Royal Mail Tracked48 (second class recorded).

Standard shipping for orders under £35 within the uk is £2.49. The service used is Royal Mail Tracked48 (second class recorded) for embroidery kits, and standard Second Class (untracked) for accessories and fabric panel only options.

If you're in a rush and would like to upgrade to First Class or Special Delivery the prices are as follows:
 

• Royal Mail First Class Tracked - £4.99

• Royal Mail Special Delivery - £7.99

REST OF WORLD

All orders outside the UK will be shipped using International Tracked (Royal Mail). I am currently unable to ship to Europe, sorry!
