Orders will be delivered in one shipment. If you have ordered an embroidery kit that is on pre-sale, then the rest of your items will also be delivered in the same package.

All UK orders over £35 include free shipping. The service used is Royal Mail Tracked48 (second class recorded).

Standard shipping for orders under £35 within the uk is £2.49. The service used is Royal Mail Tracked48 (second class recorded) for embroidery kits, and standard Second Class (untracked) for accessories and fabric panel only options.

If you're in a rush and would like to upgrade to First Class or Special Delivery the prices are as follows:
 

• Royal Mail First Class Tracked - £4.99

• Royal Mail Special Delivery - £7.99

All orders outside the UK will be shipped using International Tracked (Royal Mail). I am currently unable to ship to Europe, sorry!
