Please note: all orders placed after 12pm on 18th December 2023 will be despatched from 2nd January 2023 whilst my studio is closed.
 

Orders will be delivered in one shipment. If you have ordered an embroidery kit that is on pre-sale, then the rest of your items will also be delivered in the same package. 

 

Please note my order processing time is 3-5 working days.

All UK orders include free shipping. The service used is Royal Mail Tracked48 (second class recorded).

If you're in a rush and would like to upgrade to First Class or Special Delivery the prices are as follows:
 

• Royal Mail First Class Tracked - £4.99

• Royal Mail Special Delivery - £7.99

All orders outside the UK will be shipped using International Tracked (Royal Mail).
