Embroidery Workshop Policies

I'm a pretty chill person and approach life with kindness, BUT I do have to pop some policies in place to protect both myself and my workshop attendees. They're all pretty straight foward!

Policies

Refund Policy - if I cancel

If I have to cancel a workshop for any reason, you will be given the below options:
 

  • transfer to a future workshop free of charge (if there is capacity)

  • a partial refund and the embroidery kit posted to you to complete at home

  • a full refund
     

I will always endeavour to reschedule rather than cancel though!

Refund Policy - if you cancel

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the host. If you are unable to attend a workshop, you will be offered the below options:
 

  • The embroidery kit posted to you to complete at home

  • A refund if an event is sold out and I am able to resell your ticket before the event - I will need at least 48 hours notice, and if your ticket does not resell, I will not be able to offer you a refund.

Ticket Transfer

Tickets are non-transferrable between dates. If you are unable to attend a workshop you have booked, please refer to my refund policy.
 

If you wish to transfer your ticket to another person, please contact me quoting your full name and ticket reference and let me know!
