Summer Wreath Beginner's Embroidery Workshop

Learn hand embroidery with me using my bestselling Summer Wreath embroidery kit that is full of sunflowers and other bright summery florals! I'll show you how to set up your embroidery, how to do each stitch used in the design, offer one-to-one support as we go and provide you with the full embroidery kit to take home and complete!

Come along with a friend for a fun pal date, or come alone - it's a friendly environment, I promise.

Your ticket includes one full embroidery kit per person which will be given to you on the night and is yours to take home to finish.

In this 2.5 hour workshop you will learn the basics of hand embroidery, including essential hints and tips, how to set up your embroidery, a selection of embroidery stitches and how to finish off your work ready to display.

Whilst we won't finish our projects during the class, you will learn all stitches and techniques used, and leave with full instructions and everything you need to finish the project at home.

Full embroidery kit included, which contains fabric printed with the design ready to stitch over, all needed thread, needle, embroidery hoop and easy to follow instructions. Scissors will be available to borrow on the evening and a selection will be for sale on the night.

My workshops are a very safe, inclusive space. Don't feel like you have to bring a friend, there is always people on their own and it's cool if you want a chat or work quietly on your own. Everyone is welcome 💜

Venue: The Yard Coffee, 1a, Pivotal House, Red Lion St, Norwich NR1 3TB (note: not the pasta place on Pottergate!)

The Yard Coffee is a wheelchair-accessible and open-plan venue. The venue is set back from the main road and to get to the entrance there is a bricked pavement with a slight incline. Entry is via a push double door and there are no steps to enter. The venue is all one level, with an accessible toilet available.

Refund policy:

If I have to cancel a workshop for any reason you will be given the below options:

• transfer to a future workshop free of charge (if there is capacity)
• a partial refund and the embroidery kit posted to you to complete at home
• a full refund
• I will always endeavour to reschedule rather than cancel though!

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the host. If you are unable to attend a workshop, you will be offered the below options:

• The embroidery kit posted to you to complete at home
• A refund if an event is sold out and I am able to resell your ticket before the event - I will need at least 48 hours notice, and if your ticket does not resell, I will not be able to offer you a refund.

Tickets are non-transferrable between dates. If you are unable to attend a workshop, please refer to my refund policy.

I am unable to transfer your ticket to a future workshop in the event you cannot attend the date you are booked in for.
